Arising like a phoenix from the ashes of Cumbria band "Doin Time", Totico are a huge 9 piece ensemble (including brass), these guys really are the ultimate party big band.
So where does the name Totico come from? Band member Paul explains "Our old band 'Doin Time' used to play a cover of an old Freakpower song called "Turn On Tune In Cop Out". When writing out our set list it was just shortened to TOTICO.
One day someone ask what the word 'Totico' was and at that moment we realised that any new band would have to use that name as it was such a good word. Easy really.
So if it's a big band with a big sound that you are looking for, look no further than Totico.
