City limits are a 4 piece pop/rock covers band based in Inverness. The band is made up of talented and experienced musicians who have a professional attitude but also like to have fun.
The band regularly enjoy performing at weddings, birthday parties, corporate events and town galas.
With a very eclectic set list, they cover a huge variety of songs suitable for all types of audiences.

Jenna Mackintosh (Vocals) was a solo singer in pubs, clubs and casinos for seven years before she joined City Limits in 2016. She studied music in the University of Aberdeen. Im a very down to earth person with a sense of humour, she says. I love meeting new people and enjoy singing in new venues whenever I get the chance.
Keith Robinson (Vocals and Guitar) is a professional guitar tutor who has taught for Yamaha Music School, Highland Council and privately. Passionate about the guitar and rock/blues music, Keith is guaranteed to get the crowd air-guitaring along with him. Keith is the last remaining original member from when the band was founded in early 2014.
Russell Turner (Bass Guitar), the groups old man, has played the same Fender Precision bass for more than 30 years in bands ranging from pop and rock to indie and soul. When hes not on stage hes a journalist, photographer and author.
Sam Lumsden (Drums) is a professional drums teacher who studied music performance at Perth College UHI and won the UK heat of the Shure
Drum Mastery competition in 2011. He has toured with Uruguayan pop singer Fabiola Gatti and recorded with Gavin Sutherland of the Sutherland Brothers. Before moving to Inverness he ran music education workshops in Aberdeenshire schools.
